Hurricane Gustav Clean Up

Hurricane Gustav Clean Up We were very fortunate to be able to be apart of the clean up of Hurricane Gustav in the state of Louisiana. The damage from the hurricane left many people without a home, or in homes with server damage.

The damage came in all forms, and we sent crews to areas throughout Louisiana armed for anything. We cut trees, cleared lots, and demoed destroyed apartments. In Houma we lived off of pepperoni pizza and water for weeks until power was restored to the town.

After the majority of the cleaning we were able to start rebuilding the homes for those who had lost them. We did interior and exterior framing repairs, interior reconstruction and put back together the roof tops that had been ravaged by the storm.

Though times were hard, our perseverance paid off, as we were rewarded contracts to some great jobs in the Louisiana, including the interior reconstruction of Highland Plantation, the roofing of Oak Brook Apartments and Hidden Point, as well as miscellaneous work for Legacy Contractors.
