ITECgreen is the newest division of the ITEC Family. ITECgreen specializes in building a better home using "green" standards, eco friendly materials and sustainable resources to dramatically lower your footprint over time.
Services
- Metal & Wood Stud Framing
Our metal studs are made from recycled steel of both post and pre-consumer content & our wood studs are made from sustainable forests created specifically for building usage.
- Sheetrock
Our drywall is made from limestone and salt and covered in paper that is 100% recycled. Optionally, we offer a paperless alternative to reduce the chance of mildew.
- Tape & Float
Much like our sheetrock, our drywall mud is composed of limestone and salt.
- Wall Textures & Non-toxic Paints
Our paints are made from soy and sunflower oils, and contain reduced solvents in all formulations which cause the vapors released to be more environmentally friendly. As an added bonus the paints are easy to clean and resist mold and mildew.
- Custom Cabinets & Millwork
As with our wooden studs the wood from our handcrafted cabinets and wood trim is provided by sustainable forests grown specifically for building purposes.
